3 Bedroom House in Bon-y-maen, Swansea

The highlight of our modern townhouse is its proximity to the Liberty Stadium in Swansea, only a few minutes walk away!
We've designed our property for professionals and families alike, so whether you're staying to visit our amazing beaches, or needing a short-stay for work, we feel our modern interiors and flexible living arrangements will suit a wide range of guests.
We have 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one twin with a double sofa bed. We also have a garage that is available for guest use too.
Our Townhouse is over 3 floors, with the kitchen diner/family room to the ground floor, along with the office and toilet, the first floor has the lounge with sofa bed, master bedroom with ensuite shower and the second floor then has the twin room and second double bedroom with a family bathroom in between the two rooms.
We have a little garden which is family friendly and fully enclosed, and the garage can also be used.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

Summary: This house was perfect for our stay . The stadium is across the street . Also very close ( walking to shopping and food . The property was clean and well appointed . Our only issue was licking the doors ( they were a bit finicky . Other than that it was grand
